I thought I would send out a quick email out since we have been receiving many calls asking about Riley.
Unfortunately, the phones are down and the church has not been able to communicate with Riley's mission, Concepcion South. We are relieved that the Tsunami threat for Chile is over now since he is actually living at the epicenter on a peninsula, Talcahuano.
Thanks for everybody's love and concern and I will send out an update as soon as we hear anything. Needless to say we are very worried but have also felt a sense of peace that he is ok.

Let's be mindful of Riley, the Harper family and all those affected by the earthquake and remember all in our prayers.

We are praying for all the missionaries, saints and the people of Chili. Riley, we are especially praying for you and those in your stewardship. We are praying for the Harper and Butler families that we may all have the peace that only our Heavenly Father can give. Love, Aunt Linda & Uncle Rod
My brother in law, Elder Vincent, is in the same mission with your son. We too are praying that we will hear word that they are safe. stay strong.
My husband just talked to someone in the church offices and they told him all missions (including the one in the South) have been accounted for and all missionaries are ok. Just thought I would let you know in case you hadn't heard.
